OddiTrust

The data foundation for logistics.

A pallet is built at the plant, travels, is received at the distribution centre, opened, rebuilt, and reaches the store. At every stage, our products capture what happens to it and write it into one record: OddiTrust. Every touch is a block, chained to the one before, like a blockchain for logistics.

Swipe sideways to see all five stages.

One pallet's record: Check #a3f9→Seal #77c1→Stock #0b2e→Seal #b116→Stock #3ece→Check #c71c→Seal #1eda→ … Verifiable by anyone, until the seal is broken.

The products that write the record

Three products capture the pallet's whole life.

Each one touches the pallet at a different stage. OddiCheck validates it as it is built, OddiSeal protects it in transit, OddiStock locates it in the warehouse. Everything they see, they write into OddiTrust.

01

OddiCheck. Validate every pallet in real time.

It starts on the pallet jack. An edge-AI camera looks down on the pallet and a rugged tablet sits in front of the picker. At Coca-Cola Andina, whole fleets already work this way.

A co-pilot for the picker, SKU by SKU

The tablet shows how many units of the current SKU are loaded and whether each product is right or wrong. Until the count is complete, the picker can't move on.

  • Validates layer by layer, up to the stretch wrap that seals the pallet
  • Retrofits existing equipment: no infrastructure change
  • Captures a keyframe at every event, not a video stream

Every pallet reviewed with evidence

Each pallet reaches OddiTrust with its full photo history and a confidence score, ready to review, approve or export.

  • Pallet inbox with a confidence score for every pallet
  • SKU-by-SKU detail backed by keyframe photos
  • Certify & trace: check how any pallet was built, without opening it
02

OddiSeal. Identity and condition in transit.

A multi-layer smart label that travels with the pallet: a unique identity with QR and RFID, and a BLE sensor that measures temperature, humidity, impact and tamper. It reports to OddiTrust from the moment it's sealed until the seal is broken.

In development

Four layers, one label

  • Printed face · QR code and pallet ID
  • RFID inlay · unique identity, read without line of sight
  • BLE sensor · temperature, humidity, shock, location
  • Tamper-evident adhesive · breaks visibly if the pallet is opened

Between every touch there is a seal: OddiCheck always hands over to a seal, every OddiStock read happens under seal, and a seal only expires when the pallet is opened.

03

OddiStock. Autonomous inventory visibility.

An autonomous base with a telescoping mast. It navigates any warehouse layout on its own, scanning rack by rack, more than 1,000 positions an hour. Live in a European retail store and in Sierra Gorda's mining warehouse.

The exact XYZ position of every pallet

The base gives X and Y across the floor. The mast gives Z, floor to 10 m. Sensor fusion: RFID reads the front row and senses depth behind it, while cameras double-check every position.

  • 99.9% location accuracy, ±1 cm
  • Vision compliance: racking safety, OCR labels, misplaced pallets, wrapping, fill level
  • Full warehouse scans, every day
OddiTrust · its platform side

From every slot's photo to the 3D twin

Every discrepancy lands in a worklist with its photo, to resolve in one click. And all of it builds a live digital twin of the warehouse.

  • Photo evidence of every slot, on every scan
  • Spatial inspector: the 2D frontal view of each rack
  • 3D digital twin, refreshed every day
Why it matters
$469B

a year in pallet-handling inefficiencies caused by poor traceability. Automation exists, but most solutions are too costly and rigid to deploy at scale.

Loading · pallet assembly$185B/yr

Incorrect stacking and orientation, damaged products, unstable pallets, inconsistent labelling.

Moving · pallet movement$89B/yr

Time lost searching for pallets, unnecessary movements and rehandling, congestion from lack of visibility.

Storing · storage$197B/yr

Poor space utilisation, misplaced or lost assets, inaccurate inventory and stockouts.
